  • $75,000-$500,000 average cost of one harassment lawsuit

the solution

Invisible Scars: Creating Survivor-Safe Workplaces

A comprehensive training program that gives your team practical tools to:

✓ Recognize signs of domestic violence in employees (beyond physical abuse)
✓ Conduct trauma-informed conversations without re-traumatizing
✓ Implement workplace safety protocols
✓ Connect employees to comprehensive resources
✓ Create survivor-supportive organizational policies

This isn't just awareness training. It's actionable implementation.

WHY THIS TRAINING IS DIFFERENT?

Created by someone who's lived it. Kimara Ramsey, M.Ed., is a survivor who rebuilt from nothing and understands what actually helps.

Delivered by an experienced educator. 23 years as a school principal navigating complex domestic violence situations with students, families, and staff.

Practical, not theoretical. You'll walk away with scripts, checklists, and policies you can implement Monday morning.

Comprehensive approach. Covers financial abuse, emotional abuse, digital abuse, physical abuse, and the intersection of children's safety.

Mission-driven impact. 30% of all training fees fund ISM Foundation's equine therapy, life coaching, and housing assistance programs for survivors.
